Oregon Black Truffle record!

At our “Survivor’s Banquet” on Feb. 8, Betsy brought in truffles to show her latest treasures. This Oregon black truffle was found with a truffle dog in the Willamette Valley and was about 15 oz.! Dr. Charlie LaFevre says it may be a record! It smelled a bit citrusy, pineappley and earthy.
